There are rumors that Welcare staff accomodation will be again reshuffled. This is because they may have to let go of their contract at International City due to rising of rents. In which case, they are not anymore saving on rentals, more so they are spending more on the transportation of the employees to and from the hospital.
If these were true, I can't imagine moving to a new house again. I hate packing and unpacking things, it is really a nightmare for me.
