I really love seafood ever since childhood. Every time my mom would prepare a seafood recipe, you’d always found me sitting across the dining table ahead of the others (and the last one to leave!). Home cooked seafood recipes are not only delicious, you know they are healthy because you made it yourself. No excessive and overused oils, cleanly prepared, and fresh to the last bite.
Among all seafood varieties, shrimps are my all-time favorite. That’s why when I stumbled upon www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com on the internet and saw this mouth-watering picture…
...I couldn‘t navigate away from the page!
They called it Texas Gulf Shrimp (over hominy cakes with heirloom tomato relish drizzled with prickly pear antique), obviously this seafood originated from the State of Texas, as the name implies LOL. And this was made possible by the creative hand and taste of Chef Mark Holley, also from Texas. And as you read the recipe, you’ll find out that it contains all the vitamins and minerals the five food groups offer! Really, this recipe is perfect, and I never wanted to change a single bit of ingredient in it when I’ll prepare this food for my love ones.
The site is so amazing (if you love food like me :-D). Lots of chefs from all across America gather to join the cook off. I was so interested I even joined the "Trip to New Orleans" contest wherein they’re giving away a prize package which includes two Southwest Airline roundtrip tickets, hotel accommodations, dining experiences and a lot more! So if you wanna have the chance to enjoy a trip to New Orleans, as well as, enjoy a variety of healthy domestic seafood recipes, I greatly recommend that you come visit www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com!

Sounds like a great site. I love sea food but we don't eat much around our house. My poor hubby is allergic to fish.
Mmmm... I love, love, love seafood!!
